Here at eDTo we do our best to make our customers happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch and we will do our very best to solve any issues.
If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org including your name, order number and the reason you wish to return. We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your order to get it back to us. To be eligible for a refund, the returned item (s) must be in the same condition as it was received, unused, and in its original packaging with your order number and address. *When you return an item , we would recommend to ensure the product is safely packed and to use a tracked posting service. We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the item that you returned. Postage labels that have been used to get the parcel to you are non – refundable , as this is a service provided by Royal Mail , DPD or Hermes, and they do not make refunds for used services. Damaged or defective items upon arrival of your order, please inspect your item(s) carefully and contact us if the item is defective or damaged. We will need proof of the damaged/ defective item(s) to evaluate the issue and send a replacement.
Note: Please read every item’s description, some of them have unique features that are not considered a fault.
Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges at the moment, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refunds: Once your return is confirmed and we receive the item(s) back, and no damage has occurred, we will issue a refund on your original payment method minus the original shipping cost.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged: There are some items that we don’t accept returns for, such as: Sale items, Gift cards, Custom products ( such as sculptural candles which are only made to order in colour and fragrance of your choice and custom candles).
